The pop star released a lyric video for their next single today and all the cakes and cupcakes and plenty to match the icing on the sticky sweet song lyrics. They even give us a hint of Katy in it, through nail art ladies shown as a pair of hands that come intermittently on the screen to move things. It is a return to Teenage Dream -era , lighter than air kisses sugar what Perry does so well , but apparently this time it's too real.

In an interview with 92.3 NOW, Perry said , " I really enjoyed putting this character for the teen dream was bigger than life and fun and full of candies and treats. Then gave me a punch face and reality as I poured myself a little. Now it's a bit more of me, actually ... it is sometimes exaggerated versions, but I'm not really playing a character. "
This week, Perry was nominated for 10 Billboard Music Awards, including top artist and four nominations for his single " Roar”.
The song, like “Roar " was co -written by Perry , Bonnie McKee, Dr. Luke and Max Martin with Cirkut ( alias Henry Walter ) . It is the fifth single from Perry Prism.
