Taylor Swift and Katy Perry started friendly and genuinely happy for the success of others - and just to each other. They played together on stage. But in an August interview Rolling Stone, Swift revealed "Bad Blood" was supposedly inspired by his awkward, two-sided relationship with another famous female musician. Perry fell a reference Mean Girls after the piece ran, select individual costumes dancers for their Super Bowl in February.
Amid the discussion about Nicki Minaj VMA nominations in July 2015, Swift said the rapper, "Do not you like women to face against each other." Without an explicit reference, Perry wrote: "Seeing that it was ironic to parade pit women against other women argument about how one unmeasurably capitalizes on the end of a woman ..."
